The fact that you are asking for reparations to be distributed to the rest of the diaspora is very disingenuous because I am not calling for that nor am I aware of any Pan-Africanist who is calling for that.

I have written an entire book on the legal claims for reparations and the fact is that American courts have repeatedly said that reparations is not a legal issue which can be settled by the courts. It’s a political issue. The fact that you are asking me such nonsense questions like what do I owe you just demonstrates that you are treating this discussion like a joke and it’s that lack of seriousness that will ensure that your reparations claims won’t amount to very much because you are not building the necessary political power to ensure that your claims are successful.
